Our client a large Utility company needed to be compliant with the PRA, but also wanted to get staff using an EDRMS application to better and more effectively manage information and be able to provide collaboration and reduced risk. RIM created a business functional based classification, change management processes and implemented FileCM to the 80 users. Staff are now cutting their teeth on the new system and we hope to be able to report a succesfull implementation SOON!!
