A large crown entity that has compliance under the Public Records Act recently completed implementation of FileCM to manage all the hard copy records and contracts at a centralised Location. Staff using the system said "It's so easy to find files now and we can very quickly put our hands onto what we need. This has meant that the efficiency and accuracy with which the records team are able to deliver service to our users has greatly improved."
